Please allow ample time to park your vehicle, use the public restrooms, and arrive 10 min before your scheduled departure.

We will pick you up at the end of the public dock at Jerisich Park in downtown Gig Harbor.

There is free parking on all streets in downtown Gig Harbor.
Do not park in any marina parking.

There are no restrooms on the boat. We encourage you to use the facilities at Jerisich Park before you hop on the boat. If a sudden urge arises, the captain will return to the dock.

Food can be consumed on board but must be provided by you. Liquor, beer, and wine are permitted.

Yep! Please let us know at the time of booking time if you’d like to decorate the boat so that we can accommodate the extra time needed. Streamers, balloons, and banners are welcome. Please no confetti or glitter!

Children ages 5 and up are welcome but please leave your furry friends at home.

The boat is covered so you will be out of the direct sun. The sides of the boat can be opened or closed depending on the weather. Wear comfortable clothes and practical shoes to access the boat from the dock.

To keep the harbor a family-friendly environment, please do not bring inappropriate music.
We ask that you do not smoke, vape, or use illegal drugs on the boat.
Please do not arrive under the Influence of drugs or alcohol.
Excessive consumption of alcohol will terminate the trip and the guests will be taken back to the dock immediately at the captain’s discretion.

Our trips operate rain or shine unless deemed unsafe by the United States Coast Guard or the Vessel Captain. If we cancel due to unsafe conditions, you can choose to rebook or receive a credit good for up to one year of the scheduled date. Our vessels are covered and enclosed, ensuring a comfortable charter in any weather.

If you need to cancel your booking, we can issue you a credit for the full amount that can be used to rebook at any time (credit expires 1 year from the issue date).
Keep in mind that a lot of people are eager to cruise with us, so we do require a 48-hour notice for all cancellations. If you cancel your cruise within 48 hours of departure, you will not be eligible for credit.
We do not provide refunds.

Please be aware that our cruise may present some challenges for individuals with mobility impairments. There is one step up and two steps down to access the boat. Additionally, during low tide, the ramp on the dock can become quite steep.
Occasionally, the public dock where cruisers are picked up may be too busy to accommodate the Duffy boat. In such instances, Ed will call or text the person who booked the cruise and request that they proceed to the Maritime Public Dock next to the Tides Tavern for pick-up. Please note that this situation occurs infrequently.
