Hey there, we're Ed and Margaux Serock, the dynamic duo behind Cruise Gig Harbor. With over 30 years of calling this picturesque coastal town home, our roots run deep in Gig Harbor's vibrant community.
You might be curious how a seasoned flight attendant like Ed and a Marine Graphic Designer like Margaux ended up as captains of a Duffy Boat, but trust us, it's what makes our cruises extra special. Our combined passion for adventure and exploration infuses every cruise with excitement, fun, and maybe a little mischief too.
When we're not at the helm, you’ll find us paddling as active members of the Gig Harbor dragon boat team or hosting lively bocce tournaments in our garden oasis. We thrive on creating connections and unforgettable memories – whether it's with our cherished neighbors here in Gig Harbor or with out-of-towners seeking a unique experience.
Ed will be your main guide on most cruises, bringing his flair for adventure and humor to the helm. Margaux, while not always on board, makes sure every cruise is as delightful and comfortable as possible, and she may join in from time to time.

The Tale of the Dragon Lady
During their quest to find the perfect Duffy Boat for their cruises, fate intervened in a serendipitous way. Not only did they find the perfect boat they had been dreaming about but quickly discovered that the un-named boat they fell in love with was previously named "Dragon Lady," The owner had recently removed the name for the sale. Margaux, a talented marine graphics designer, saw this as a perfect opportunity to honor the boats past and restore its identity for future adventures. From this Dragon Lady 2.0 was reborn and restored to her natural beauty. The naming of boats is something Margaux our own Dragon Lady has perfected after designing, naming and installing over 7,500 boats in the greater Puget Sound region. The moral of the story is this boat was just meant to be.
